2.2 Prohibited Items: Vendors are prohibited from listing any items that are illegal, harmful, or infringe on intellectual property rights. EbuyerBaker.com reserves the right to remove any listings that violate these terms.
2.3 Pricing: Vendors are responsible for setting their own prices. Prices should be fair and competitive, reflecting the quality of the products offered.
3. Order Fulfillment
3.1 Timely Processing: Vendors must process and fulfill orders promptly. Orders should be dispatched within the timeframe specified at the time of listing.
3.2 Packaging and Delivery: Vendors are responsible for ensuring that products are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Delivery methods should be reliable and timely.
3.3 Communication: Vendors must maintain clear and prompt communication with customers regarding order status, delivery updates, and any potential issues.
4. Payment and Fees

5. Compliance and Conduct

5.2 Professional Conduct: Vendors are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully at all times. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or unethical behavior will not be tolerated.
5.3 Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute, vendors must cooperate with EbuyerBaker.com to resolve the issue in a fair and timely manner.
6. Termination
6.1 Voluntary Termination: Vendors may terminate their account by providing written notice to EbuyerBaker.com any outstanding orders must be fulfilled before termination is finalized.
6.2 Involuntary Termination: EbuyerBaker.com reserves the right to terminate a vendor’s account for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or any other behavior deemed harmful to the marketplace community.
7. Amendments
7.1 Changes to Term EbuyerBaker.com reserves the right to amend these terms and guidelines at any time. Vendors will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Store Setup Instructions For Vendors
Welcome to Ebuyerbaker.com marketplace! Follow these simple steps to sign up and set up your store to start listing your delicious bakery items. Be sure to read all instructons carefully, to ensure you follow our guidelines.
Step 1: Sign Up for an Account
- Visit the Ebuyerbaker.com Website Homepage:
- Go to Ebuyerbaker.com
- Click on “Vendor Registeration to Sign Up”:
- Locate the “Sign Up” button, from the menu, fill in your dtails and follow prompt. Signup as a vendor.
- Fill in Your Details:
- Enter your personal information, including your name, email address, phone numbers (only for emergency and rare) and a secure password. Plus any extra information indicated.
- Agree to the terms and conditions, then click “Create Account.”
- You may now choose a plan, and apply coupon for discount plan if given.
- Verify Your Email:
- Check your email for a verification link from Ebuyerbaker.com, including your SPAM Box (before reporting. It takes up to 5 minutes)
- Click the link to verify your email address and activate your account.
Step 2: Set Up Your Store
- Log In to Your Account:
- Use your registered email and password to log in to your Ebuyerbaker.com account.
- Access the Vendor Dashboard:
- Navigate to the Vendor Dashboard by clicking on your profile icon and selecting “Vendor Dashboard” from the dropdown menu.

- Set Up Payment Information:

- Go to the Product Listing Section:
- In your Vendor Dashboard, click on “Products” and then select “Add New Product.”

- Upload high-quality images of your product. Make sure the images are clear and well-lit to showcase your creations.
- Set Inventory and Availability:

- Set the availability status (e.g., in stock, out of stock).
- Save and Publish:
- Review all the details you have entered to ensure accuracy.

Upload sharp images & ONE Video ONLY to Ebuyerbaker.com! We strive to maintain the highest quality and consistency across our marketplace. We constantly review, check and take our rules seriously.
Therefore, please adhere to the following guidelines when uploading images and videos for your product listings:
Image Upload Instructions
- High-Quality Images: Ensure all images are clear, well-lit, and showcase your products effectively.
- Multiple Angles: Upload images that show different angles and details of your products to provide customers with a comprehensive view.
- File Format: Acceptable formats include JPEG, PNG, and PDF.
Video Upload Instructions
- Single Video Only: You are allowed to upload only one video per product listing. Multiple videos are not permitted.
- Content Guidelines:
- Your video should focus on showcasing the product’s features and benefits.
- Do not mention or display your physical store nor or any external websites within the video. However, you may mention your store name inside Ebuyerbaker.com – e.g. ‘find my store in Ebuyerbaker.com as Vanilla store Ebuyerbaker.com’
- You may direct YouTube visitors to check out your store via Ebuyerbaker.com only. But the same YouTube video must not mention any outside URL link nor your physical store address or name.
Violations and Consequences
- Listing Removal: Any listings that do not comply with these guidelines, such as including multiple videos, mentioning or typed in text in any form, your physical store names, or any external websites, will be removed without prior notice.
- Account Review: Repeated violations may lead to a review of your vendor account and potential permanent suspension.

Ebuyerbaker Marketplace Payment Terms for Vendors
- Payment Schedule: Vendors will receive payments for their sales thirty five days after your first despatch or on the 1st of each month. Payments will cover all sales completed up to the previous payment date.
- Payment Methods: Payments will be made preferable via Paypal, Stripe and for select regions via direct bank transfer or as specified by the vendor at the time of account setup. Vendors are responsible for ensuring their payment details are accurate and up-to-date.
- Processing Fees: A standard processing fee of 3.5% per transaction will be deducted from the vendor’s earnings. This fee covers payment gateway charges and administrative costs.
- Minimum Payout Threshold: Vendors must accumulate a minimum of $50 in their account before a payment is issued. If the minimum threshold is not met by the payment date, the balance will roll over to the next payment cycle.
- Refunds and Chargebacks: In the event of a refund or chargeback, the amount will be deducted from the vendor’s account. If the vendor’s balance is insufficient to cover the charge, the vendor is responsible for reimbursing Ebuyerbaker.com within 30 days.
- Tax Responsibilities: Vendors are responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes on their earnings. Ebuyerbaker.com is not liable for any tax obligations of the vendors.
- Account Reconciliation: Vendors are encouraged to regularly review their account statements and report any discrepancies within 14 days of receiving their payment. Ebuyerbaker.com will investigate and rectify any legitimate issues promptly.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes regarding payments must be submitted in writing to the Ebuyerbaker.com support team within 30 days of the payment date. Ebuyerbaker.com will work with the vendor to resolve the issue in a timely manner.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disagreement with vendor will be resolved via arbitration according to the laws and rule of England and Wales. Ebuyerbaker.com nor its parent company will not be held liable nor will any disputes be allowed to go beyong arbitration and ultimately must be settled amicable without any legal costs involved. Should a vendor insist on adopting a legal avenue, the vendor automatically agrees (by using our platform) that he or she must bear the cost of legal costs accrued for the purposes of the dispute. All disputes must and will be settled in London.
