• Compliance with Laws: Vendors are responsible for ensuring that their products comply with all applicable laws and regulations, within the country the vendor is selling, as well as the country the vendor is selling to, delivering to including but not limited to food safety, labelling, import/export, and health standards.
• Product Quality: Vendors must ensure all products meet the standards stated in the listing and are fit for sale, fir for eating, perishable items must be handled per applicable safety standards.
• Fulfilment and Delivery: Vendors are responsible for timely fulfilment of orders. Shipping terms and costs should be clearly stated in each vendor’s store.

4. Buyer Terms

Buyers agree to the following:

• Order Acceptance: By placing an order, you agree to purchase the items at the listed prices, including any additional taxes or shipping costs.
• Product Usage: Buyers are responsible for reading and understanding product descriptions, usage instructions, checking for any allergic ingredients, avoiding foods or edibles that might cause you, the consumer, an allergic reaction and safety information.
• Customs and Import Requirements: International buyers are responsible for complying with customs and import requirements and for paying any associated fees if and as required by their country.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US dollar Currency (USD$) unless otherwise stated. We process payments through secure third-party payment providers. By submitting payment information, you represent that you have the legal right to use the selected payment method.

Our Arbitration Policy

Effective Date: 20^th Of December 2024

1. Purpose

This Arbitration Policy is intended to provide a prompt and cost-effective mechanism for resolving any disputes between Ebuyerbaker.com and its Users – “users” meaning both and including consumers/buyers, and vendors.

2. Scope of Arbitration

All disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use of the Platform, or any transactions between Users, including but not limited to issues related to products, services, or payments (“Disputes”), shall be resolved by binding arbitration rather than in court. This includes claims involving breaches of contract, consumer rights, business relations, torts, or statutory violations, unless prohibited by law.

3. Mandatory Arbitration

Except as provided below, both ebuyerbaker.com and the User(s) agree that any Dispute will be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration and not in a court of law. This arbitration agreement is intended to be broadly interpreted and in accordance with the Law of England and Wales.

4. Arbitration Rules and Procedure

• The arbitration shall be conducted under the rules of the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA) or a similar recognized arbitration organization.
• The arbitration shall take place in London, United Kingdom, or be conducted remotely at the parties’ agreement.
• The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English.
• Both parties shall have the right to representation by counsel and may present evidence and arguments in line with the arbitration rules.

5. Costs of Arbitration

Each party shall bear its own costs related to the arbitration, including legal fees, unless the arbitrator decides otherwise based on the circumstances.

6. Confidentiality

All arbitration proceedings, including the existence of the arbitration and any decisions made, shall be kept confidential by both parties, except as required by law or to enforce the arbitration award.

8. Waiver of Class Actions

To the fullest extent permitted by law, all disputes arising under this Agreement must be resolved on an individual basis. User and users waive any right to pursue class, collective, or consolidated actions against ebuyerbaker.com.

9. Finality and Enforceability

The arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties. A party may apply to any court(s) with jurisdiction to confirm and enforce the arbitration award.
